Wests specialises in corporate function needs, inclusive of meetings, conferences, cocktail events, expos or even business luncheons. We not only provide the essential equipment for your corporate event to be a success, but there are also a variety of function rooms to choose from to accommodate for the smallest to largest business groups, as well as plenty of complimentary parking.
Our Functions and Events Team can help you choose from our Corporate packages or tailor a package to suit your needs, whether it is finger food, morning tea or buffet dinners. The Team are committed to ensuring your conference or event runs to plan. Our function rooms are situated off the main Club floor in quiet locations with their own outdoor terrace access and bar. There are an assortment of function rooms available for hire, each with a different seat capacity to suit your needs.
- Auditorium – capacity to seat up to 300 in classroom style, 500 in cabaret style, and 770 in theatre seating
- Jacaranda – capacity to seat up to 250 in classroom style, 350 in cabaret style, and 650 in theatre seating
- Gardenia – capacity to seat up to 100 in classroom style, 150 in cabaret style, and 200 in theatre seating
- Acacia/Eucalyptus – capacity to seat up to 60 in classroom style, 70 in cabaret style, and 70 in theatre seating
- Acacia – capacity to seat up to 30 in classroom style, 30 in U-Shape style, 40 in cabaret style, and 40 in theatre seating
- Eucalyptus – capacity to seat up to 30 in classroom style, 30 in U-Shape style, 40 in cabaret style, and 40 in theatre seating
