Wests specialises in corporate function needs, inclusive of meetings, conferences, cocktail events, expos or even business luncheons. We not only provide the essential equipment for your corporate event to be a success, but there are also a variety of function rooms to choose from to accommodate for the smallest to largest business groups, as well as plenty of complimentary parking.
Our Functions and Events Team can help you choose from our Corporate packages or tailor a package to suit your needs, whether it is finger food, morning tea or buffet dinners. The Team are committed to ensuring your conference or event runs to plan. Our function rooms are situated off the main Club floor in quiet locations with their own outdoor terrace access and bar. There are an assortment of function rooms available for hire, each with a different seat capacity to suit your needs.

- Eucalyptus (Wests) – Minimum of 15 and Maximum of 25
- Acacia/Eucalyptus (Wests) – Minimum of 30 and Maximum of 40
- Boronia (Tennis) – Minimum of 50 and Maximum of 100
- Willow (Lakeside) – Minimum of 50 and Maximum of 80
- Coolabah/Willow (Lakeside) – Minimum of 80 and Maximum of 180
