Your first step is to complete the online application or complete an application form at any of our venues. You will be asked to upload or attach a resume and a cover letter. Remember to address each of the requirements and criteria specific to the advertised position and include information about your skills and experience.
We assess each application individually and if you are successful in this first process we’ll invite you to a group interview and then a face to face interview. Our interviews are a mix of behavioural and technical questions and we also provide you with an overview of Wests and the role you are applying for.
Background Check and Medical Check
Our final step is background checking, which includes reference checking, NSW Police Check and a pre-employment medical check before being offered a role.
Once we have all of your checks back, we will be able to move to make an offer of employment to join the Wests team.
To ensure a smooth transition to the Wests team you will have a number of tasks and documents to read and complete and bring to your induction. You will also be required to attend an orientation day as well as complete online learning modules as part of the onboarding process.
If you would like to apply for a career at Wests, please complete the below application.
